Shell-shocked Nation, Nut-shelled people!!
A lot many things happen each day, but everyday you sleep wishing the world would be a lot different when you wake up! God forbid but what if the world is no more when you wake up! A horrendous blast, which still leaves us pondering over the fact if we would see the sunrise the next day or not. An incident which has truly left India shaken!!! …
We all have a thousand words to speak or probably even more than that but it is all very easy said than done. Hundreds have lost their life not jus in this incident but in earlier ones too.
What are we best at? Empathizing with the families? Blaming the ever sleeping government? Discussion with friends n colleagues? Yes! We are not just “BEST” we can over power anyone and everyone in that. Talking is all that we are good at we have the GIFT OF THE GAB!
Isn’t it quite a high time we took action? If not now its gonna be never! That’s how it all shapes up, each day comes and goes and our laid back attitude always has the clichéd line in mind “This one will pass too”. Going a little ahead of this attitude should be our great leaders. The astonishing statement by Mr. Gaekwad once he left the Taj premises “ I enjoyed the two days at Taj preparing for my elections” very truly said by aaj tak only a POLITICIAN can say so! And here was R.R.Patil to add his bit of emotions “bade bade shehron mein chhoti chhoti baatein hoti rehti hai” (Small things are a part & parcel of big cities). If losing out lives, families, mother, father, kids, wife, husband and loved ones is a small thing for these great MAHAAN NETAS of our nation then we can only imagine where our nation is heading.
We probably might feel that one person as an individual would think but nothing can be done. But if a billion of us will, it would surely matter. We think our government is responsible then why have such leaders, they are elected BY the people, they are OF the people , and are FOR the people but when that itself is not the case then why pay for their luxuries!!!.... Does the tax really help us feel secured??? Does it really help the common man … I believe NOT! It truly is BY the government, OF the government and FOR the government, for their luxuries and their living. Why pay for a living for whom lives our too minute an entity to care for…
A matter which can be debated for ages I suppose, can WE bring a stop to it?
I think we would be of more help to the nation by NOT PAYING OUR TAX and by awakening the sleeping government. it might make more sense if celebrities like Ambanis, Bachans, the film industry throbbers take this step. Help the government realize what it is like to be in the shoes of a common man!!!... fight yourself… If a MILLION people do WE can bring a DIFFERENCE!!!!....
